What to expect
On a day trip to Medjugorje, we will visit one of the most famous Marian shrines in the world.
Medjugorje is a place in Bosnia and Herzegovina that was completely transformed by an event that took place in 1981. Namely, six children witnessed the apparition of Our Lady on a hill in a nearby hamlet, and that soon initiated the pilgrimage of a large number of people to this area. As the visionaries testify, the apparitions have continued regularly to this day.
During the trip, you will be taken to the parish church of St. James in the centre of Medjugorje where you can attend Holy Mass in English.
You will also be accompanied to the foot of Apparition Hill where you will have a possibility to visit the place where the first apparition happened.

"Julija our guide what can I say?, everything from start to finish of our day trip from Dubrovnik to Medjugorje was seamless and very informative. Julija arrived 10minutes before the appointed time which allowed me to enquire about extending our day trip, which Julija did with a smile, so we also went to Mostar. I would definitely recommend taking this private option for a day trip from Dubrovnik as it is designed for your own individual needs. It was clearly value for money. I have no hesitation in recommending Julija to any friends who may be visiting Dubrovnik in the future"
