Dubrovnik Driving Guide pruža informacije o privatnim izletima, vođenim turama, transferima i drugim turističkim uslugama dostupnima na području Dubrovnika, Hrvatske i okolnih destinacija te korisne savjete za posjetitelje.
Informacije objavljene na ovoj web stranici služe predstavljanju usluga, olakšavanju komunikacije s korisnicima te zaprimanja upita i zahtjeva za rezervaciju.

Dubrovnik Driving Guide ne odgovara za troškove ili posljedice nastale zbog nepotpune ili nevažeće putne dokumentacije korisnika.

Dubrovnik Driving Guide ulaže najveću moguću pažnju u organizaciju i pružanje svojih usluga. Međutim, ne odgovara za kašnjenja, izmjene ili nemogućnost izvršenja usluge uzrokovane okolnostima izvan svoje razumne kontrole, uključujući, ali ne ograničavajući se na prometne zastoje, vremenske nepogode, zatvaranje cesta ili graničnih prijelaza, štrajkove, odluke javnih tijela, izvanredne događaje ili više sile. Dubrovnik Driving Guide također ne odgovara za gubitak, krađu ili oštećenje osobnih stvari korisnika tijekom korištenja usluga, osim ako je odgovornost propisana obveznim odredbama važećih propisa.
13. Prigovori korisnika

Dubrovnik Driving Guide shall not be liable for any costs or consequences arising from incomplete, invalid or missing travel documentation. Customers are required to follow the instructions of the guide, driver and any other service providers throughout the duration of the service.
Behaviour that endangers the safety of others or significantly disrupts the provision of the service may result in the immediate termination of the service without entitlement to a refund.
12. Limitation of Liability
Dubrovnik Driving Guide exercises the highest reasonable standard of care in organising and providing its services.
However, Dubrovnik Driving Guide shall not be liable for delays, changes or the inability to provide a service due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic congestion, adverse weather conditions, road or border closures, strikes, decisions of public authorities, extraordinary events or force majeure.
Dubrovnik Driving Guide is also not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of customers' personal belongings during the provision of its services, except where liability is required by applicable law.
13. Customer Complaints
If a customer believes that a service has not been provided as agreed, they may submit a written complaint by email or by post to the registered business address.
